I recently wrote on my main blog about being back on my low carb food plan. I wanted to share the link here in case anyone would care to read it. It is Back To Low Carbing!
Being back at it has improved my frame of mind as well as my physical being. Feel much better and best of all......my jeans are loose! Nothing can top that feeling now can it?
I have truly stayed on it one hundred percent and that makes you feel proud to have been able to do that if you were tempted

I admit that there are times when I am tempted by ice cream to go off my low carb eating plan. But now that I have started feeling better, I remind myself of that fact. Having lost 3 lbs. last week made a difference too. So many other diets I would be lucky if I lost half a lb. a week. They'd say, "just stick with it." Well it matters if you do not see the scale move.
I did eat some stuff I shouldn't have twice this week. And I know that I shouldn't have done it. But I still

I got behind a few days on my Fitday journal. What a nightmare that is! You CAN NOT forget to do it for more than one day. It is too hard to remember what you ate three or four days ago. More than that, forget it!
Fitday helps keep me focused. So I am going to try to fill it in after every meal. Sometimes I used to fill it in before supper and that meant I would only eat what I already recorded in there.
My appetite is way down now. My mouth has that funny, dry feeling.

I have been AWOL from my low carb eating plan. And this forum. Sometimes life gets in the way. I started eating a little bit of this high carb food, a little bit of this processed food, a little bit of this poison laden, otherwise known as sugar, food. Yikes! What was happening to me? I was feeling sick again. Not good walking again. Not able to lay down when I go to bed at night! Now why did I do that to myself? I wish I could answer that question.
