) for an hour and a half it's the perfect balance between "D*mn, I'm sexy!" and "hmmm, I'd like my sexy to jiggle a little less". It feels fantastic to do, and feels fantastic as both a toning and cardio workout - and it doesn't feel like exercise! It's just hard not to feel good using my god-given womanly hips and boobs

, and it helps that it tends to attract other women (and for the most part just women) of all shapes and sizes.
I tried a video first and got totally overwhelmed until I took a live class to get the idea of it, so keep that in mind if you give it a shot.
I also just want to give a public thanks to my teacher for this comment: "don't be nervous or self-conscious, this isn't competative, it's not ballet, we're not going to weigh you in front of everybody. But you'd better weigh AT LEAST 140!"
I know, 140 is still pretty tiny, but to have a fitness teacher use what Cosmo would consider a "call in sick to work" weight as a minimum was so good to hear!
