Uncontrollable Appetite

I have finally figured out why this weekend was a LC feeding frenzy for me - PMS. I hardly pay attention to the calendar anymore - meds for PMS and the ablation have pretty much taken care of the warning signs that TOM is heading my way. This month was tougher than usual. Most of the time there is nothing at all - thank goodness! I have experienced a bit more power surges than usual. Anyone else in their early stages of perimenopause? I would love to hear some of your experiences - remember we are in this together ladies!!!

Glo, I am not in the early stages of perimenopause but I have had uncontrolable hunger for the last few months with TOM. When I was on plan I lost the cravings but eating off has brought them right back to me so I know what you are going through (and you are on plan so that would really stink!).

Glo, I'm 41 and I guess I would be headed that way soon. I have not had as many PMS symptoms since: I began to drink green tea daily....and even less still when I started using the NuvaRing for bc.

Beachfox, there is one true fact I know about Australia: your country turns out some darn fine men: Julian McMahon, who's father was once the Prime Minister, Hugh Jackman, and Keith Urban. 'Nuff said. I think when God made Julian McMahon, He was just showing off!

I may just have to invite myself Down Under to visit you......there are lots of lovely things (and men) to see there!
