| Just wondering - How do some of you get through TOM without blowing it? I have blown it! It was the chocolate that got to me. I started fresh again today, so far... so good. I just don't want to stray again. I have had breakfast ... 2 eggs 1 Minute Muffin Any suggestions for the cravings? I want comfort food when my cramps are bad.

| Have a chocolate mousse. Mix up some sour cream, a bit of cocoa, couple of drops of vanilla and some sweetener. It's quite good and is the quickest way I know to address a chocolate jones.

| I think I will go try that now! Chocolate Mousse... yum! I don't know how, but I still managed to lose 2 pounds after all.

| Put a tsp or 2 of cocoa powder in your one minute muffin. Instant chocolate cake! Goes a long way to get rid of that chocolate craving. If you have some sf chocolate syrup, drizzle some on top. Congrats on the 2 lbs!
