| On this and other forums, I've noticed that it seems to be pretty common that TOM seems to kick women out of, or slow down ketosis. At least, the ketostix reflect that. I have noticed the same thing. I don't complain about the whoosh fairy that seems to visit with the TOM, and I don't worry about the ketostix if I know I'm eating faithfully LC and introduced nothing questionable into my diet. It does make me wonder, however, if anyone knows or has seen a good explanation of what changes our bodies go through metabolically or otherwise during TOM to cause changes in ketosis. More curiosity that anything else. Thanks in advance! ~Ashley 10/12/03 188/172/137 "If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got" ~unknown [This message was edited by *Ashley* on 01-14-04 at 03:46 PM.] |
