the past few days I've been noticing that I might be feeling the start of a yeast infection, or irritation. Could this be because of the ketones?

I am taking vitamins and drinking plenty of water.

Has anyone else experienced this on induction?

Welcome to the forum, Merdiva. I haven't heard any particular complaints about induction and yeast infections. Could it be just a coincidence, have you recently taken antibotics?

The only thing that comes to mind regarding your situation is cheese, have you been eating more cheese than before? Not to say it causes yeast, but as someone said on the forum "everybody and every body is different".

It's best to call your doctor, get his/her advice.

Take care~

I echo what Kumus says and add drink more water.

If you continue to have such problems after you've been on this woe for a couple of months, give me a holler and we'll talk about candida. For many folks, though, just changing their eating and drinking habits knocks out the yeasties.

thanks, thing is I never get them, I'd say once every few years at the most, I think it might be due to the all the vitamins and irritation from such strong urine, I doubled my water and it seems to be getting better.

Ugh .. being a girl isn't easy

I think that was me, Susan. I'm really tickled that the phrase stuck in your memory. Now if I could just remember where I picked it up from...
