I am now just a bit over two weeks over due for my TOM. And no, can't be pregnant, I have had too many problems, umm plus I had my tubes tied almost 5 years ago. But since starting this wol, they seem a little bit later.

I started Curves about a week ago, not sure if that did it, I think it may have put it off for a day or two, since exercise does that, but this long? I have no problem if it never comes back, lol, but still let's get it done and over with already, lol

gee, this wol plays havoc. I have heard that sometimes a new exercise program can readjust the schedule.

I started Adkins in January, and had 2 TOM that were EXTREMEMLY heavy, 3 weeks apart, and 5-6 days (longer than usual). But the last one (3rd) came on time, normal, and lasted the normal 4 days.

Just so many changes going on in our bodies with this change of lifestyle, I think.

I hope it comes soon for you - it is frustrating, but don't worry about it.

Joining in on the symptoms thing with this WOE, my TOM symptoms are longer, heavier and worse. But it's only been three times, so I am hoping for improvement.

I've always heard that changes in your physical activity (increase) can hold up TOM in women.

Now that I started this WOE I feel like my TOM is heavier but it is shorter. I used to have it for 6 days but now its only 3 or 4 so I'm guess thats a good thing for me.

Yeah.. you've had your tubes tied... but there are strange happenings in women's bodies. Actually had a friend of the family get pregnant after having her's tied. Was actually a blessing because they found breast cancer when she went into the doctor and it saved her life. Guess her daughter is a miracle baby.

Not trying to freak you out... just saying I would go with the rest of the girls advice and if it persists being late... check in with you doctor.

On another note... I am so excited that I'm going to lose mine *hopefully* for 3 months. It's like 95% of the time that women in boot camp lose theirs... but then again... women in the USMC bootcamp the percentage is almost 100% so it wil be nice... one less thing to worry about while I'm there. I've never thought that it not showing up would be a good thing... IE pregnancy(I'm NOT ready for that), or a health problem... but for those three months it will be worth it.

Ummmm, no offensed, but besides having my tubes tied, 5 years ago, and survived one tubal pregnancy, I've had uterine cancer, so I REALLY can't get pregnant.

Oh, Kristie...what you have been through...You are really a tough cookie!

I have noticed my periods are consistently 1 1/2 weeks early on this WOE (I take Yasmin birth control also). That is a real inconvenience...but I guess a small price to pay for feeling great.

I want to say you are inspiring for having survived everyhintg you have...

....maybe your body's doing a double take like it does with stalls. You never know... our bodies are so unpredictable.

I wish you the best!

Really wasn't too bad, tubes were tied when I had my last one, the tubal pregnancy was discovered as a joke, found an old pregnancy test, and took the test, I was incredibly shocked, went to the doctor the next day, and had a small procedure done, a week later (after a biopsy) they found the utering cancer, burned or froze it (I didn't really want to know).

Everything happened so quick, that by the time it started, it was over, and I was only in a small amount of pain, so I just shrug it off.
