EatSmart Nutrition Scale Review

EatSmart Nutrtion Scale

At some point, almost all Low Carbers will find themselves tracking. Whether it's counting carbs for the first time as a LC noob, weathering a stall by getting refocused, or "just what you do" to stay on course, tracking is a fact of the low carb lifestyle for most. While we utilize a variety of tools for tracking, scales are often central. Eyeballing a serving size is not the same as weighing it out, as anyone who has ever been bitten by a case of the Carb Creeps can tell ya.

LCE is pleased to present Guest Author, Graeme Street.

No wonder so many women never achieve long term success with typical diets and diet programs - they eventually need food!

Wrestling Match: Carbohydrates vs. Intestines

Is your diet a time bomb?

by Tiffany Anthony

What follows is a bit about my personal experience with carbohydrate-related gastrointestinal disorders, and how low carbing has helped me. I'm not a doctor, and I'm not suggesting that you try to diagnose any condition you may have based on this article. I'm sharing this with you because I know from talking to many of you over the years that the symptoms I had are quite common, and I hope to give you a little information that you can use as a starting point in your discussions with your health care provider. For me, just knowing that there is a way for me to control my symptoms has been a huge help.  But first, a little background.
