It can be a very stressful proposition. Trying to 'diet' while on vacation rarely works (at least for most of us) but at the same time, it's a good idea to remain somewhat controlled in order to not ruin all our previous hard work.

One of the most important indicators of successful weight loss I've noticed in my time around people looking to drop a few pounds is not choice of diet plan, or amount of weight to lose, or age, or medical concerns, or any of the usual suspects you might guess. It's actually WAY more simple than I could have ever guessed.
Attitude makes all the difference.
