A very easy and delicious cookie recipe..One batch yields 3 dozen which makes them a nice treat for family and friends.

Best done at night before you go to bed. When you get up in the morning, cookies are done.

I basically adapted the old recipe I had from the Betty Crocker cookbook. The cookies are sugar free as well as low carb.

Being a confessed chocoholic, I adapted a recipe I recently received to come up with these delicious chocolate mousse frozen treats. We had a surprise birthday party last night after church for our pastor, so I took these to have as an alternative to birthday cake.
