Homemade Guacamole
Submitted by LCE Guest on Wed, 04/07/2004 - 05:00.You can eat with pork rinds or other LC crispy items. Also, it is really good to add to mexican dishes. I make when we have taco salads and it makes a yummy topping. It makes a good veggie dip too.
This recipe will make a pretty large batch of dip for you and your family...or for a dinner party. I have served it at dinner parties and there is always plenty even with people enjoying it immensely!
