Low Carb sweetners are always a hot topic here at LCE, and Fiberfit is one of our favorites. Sometimes called Liquid Splenda because that's how it's sweetened, Fiberfit has one gram carb and one gram fiber for serving, making for an effecitive net carb count of zero! Good for recipes, and also a great way to up your fiber intake in you squirt a bit in your coffee.
