A quick pick-me-upper for those of us on the go...Requires just 30 seconds and you have a nutritious breakfast to start your busy day!
Scramble egg and slick frank.
Top tortilla with egg, cheese, and frank. Place on microwavable plate. Nuke for 30 seconds or until cheese melts. Fold up sides of tortilla to the center, overlapping.
This can be served with salsa or a dallop of sour cream.
*To save time, the egg can be scrambled the night before*
You can also substiture Oscar Mayer Bologna for the Beef Frank.
