I was playing around in the kitchen with a salad dressing idea, and came up with this. I think this is my final *tweak.* Enjoy!
Ingredients listed are needed for each salad. Assemble the salad in the order of the ingredients listed above. Crush the taco shells, and make the dressing first so it can chill and the flavors can blend.
For greens, I usually use a mix of green loose leaf lettuce, spinach leaves, and iceberg. On the chicken, you can use grilled, baked, or saute'd chicken, but chicken cooked with spices like, garlic, pepper, chili powder, etc. tastes better.
