Description

I would like to thank my friend Susan for this quick and delicious recipe...Takes maybe 5 minutes at the most to prepare...A perfect way to provide the family with a nutritious breakfast before they start their busy day!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chive and onion cream cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1⁄4 c Bacon
  • 1⁄8 t Pepper

Instructions

Cook and chop bacon before measuring.
Beat the cream cheese & eggs lightly until blended..Pour into a hot skillet sprayed with Pam...C

ook on medium heat until the eggs begin to set, stirring occasionally...Add bacon and continue cooking until eggs are set & cream cheese spread is melted...Stir occasionally & sprinkle with pepper and enjoy!
