Description

Delicious taste of the Orient most suitable for Atkins induction phase.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless Pork
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • 1 T Sesame Oil
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 t Ground Ginger
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 ds Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper

Instructions

Cut pork into 1 inch cubes. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in fridge to marinate at least 15 minutes. Saute over medium heat until browned on all sides.

Notes

I developed this for my husband during induction because he missed the taste of the Orient! But, you could add veggies to it and make a genuine stir fry out of it
