InstructionsIngredients listed are needed for each salad. Assemble the salad in the order of the ingredients listed above. Crush the taco shells, and make the dressing first so it can chill and the flavors can blend.
NotesFor greens, I usually use a mix of green loose leaf lettuce, spinach leaves, and iceberg. On the chicken, you can use grilled, baked, or saute'd chicken, but chicken cooked with spices like, garlic, pepper, chili powder, etc. tastes better. Make the dressing first so it can chill and the flavors blend. Carbs per salad as described are 5, or with dressing, 7 per salad. | |||||||
